All products in our store are unique and produced specifically for you upon ordering. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at jakub15kaz@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. You do not need to return the item to us. Once the issue is verified, we will send a replacement free of charge or issue a refund.
Wrong Size or Color
Because every product is custom-made to order, we do not provide refunds or exchanges for wrong size or color selections. Please review the size charts provided on every product page carefully before placing your order.
EU Right of Withdrawal (European Customers)
According to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal (the standard 14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. Therefore, EU customers cannot return items unless they are defective.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our production facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
